The new owners engaged CMS Built to complete a cosmetic renovation and facelift of their new 3-bedroom penthouse apartment in Double Bay. One of the key alterations was merging the living room and kitchen by removing a dividing wall, opening up the space, and adding new kitchen joinery. Intricately detailed wood paneling was imported and added to the master bedroom and a custom-built luxury walk-in wardrobe was also installed.
