CMS Built is a partnership between two lifelong friends, Conor Shepherd and Tom Whitelaw.
CMS Built was founded in 2014 when Conor and Tom realised their combined talents and experience (building and finance) would create a strong and successful collaborative partnership, that capitalised on each of their strengths. Since then, CMS Built has created many homes of exceptional quality in the Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore, the Northern Beaches, and the Inner West.
